Most information is provided by you directly or through third parties such as relocation agents working on your behalf.

  3. Facilitate communication and service delivery in line with our service agreement.

We follow stringent information security protocols, including: 

  • Encrypting data on company-provided laptops and mobile phones. 

  • Using secure storage methods (e.g., password-protected systems). 

  • Restricting access to authorised personnel only. 

  • Prohibiting storage of data on local drives or unauthorised devices. 

Anonymisation is employed when sharing sensitive data with third parties until identifying details is essential (e.g., for school enrolment).

To comply with UK GDPR, we require your consent before processing your personal data or sharing it with third parties and we will ask at the outset that you confirm that this has been given. 

 

How Long Do We Keep Your Data? 

We retain data for six years following the end of the assignment.

We only share your data when: 

  1. You have consented (e.g., discussing placement with schools). 

  2. It is essential to fulfilling our service agreement.

  • Correct inaccuracies in your data. 

  • Subject to any overriding legal obligations we may have, you may request the personal data we hold on you is deleted.
